The company operates Quality Management Systems
that comply with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and Aerospace Standard
AS 9100. Equally many customer specific quality assurance
standards and approvals are maintained.
Quality control is ensured through state of
the art computerised measuring systems including a 3-axis
co-ordinate measuring machine, digital measuring shadowgraph
and a wide range of digital measuring devices.
First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in
accordance with Aerospace Standard AS9102 are carried out
at the request of many customers and it
is standard practice to offer Certificates of Conformity with
every delivery.
All aerospace coil springs are tensile tested using computerised
equipment and a certificate is supplied if requested.
Calibration of measuring and test equipment to the required
accuracy is of key importance and the core of our calibration
system is based on laser technology.
