NEMA manufactures all types of springs in line with customer requirements and are well equipped to supply in any batch quantity.

A full spring design and development service is available

Flat Springs: Sheet thickness range 0.002" to 0.128"
Spiral Springs: Wire diameter range 0.002" to 0.160"
Auto Coiling: Wire diameter range 0.002" to 0.080"

Pressings and Stampings
Accurate and complex pressed components are produced in our well-equipped workshop using hand and power presses up to 55 ton capacity. Types of components include laminations, brackets, clips and latches.

Samples/prototype components can be manufactured for customer assessment prior to larger production runs.

Where required a fast shop service is available.
